Three Inch Vaccine Thermal Carrier

The 3 Inch and 2 inch thermal vaccine carriers have been designed to maintain a temperature of between a 2° to 8°C for up to 8 hours, especially for use with vaccination programmes or specimen collection. The inner lid reduces thermal leakage helping to maintain temperature parameters despite repeated opening of the bag. Developed using NASA technology Polartherm? is made up of an inner reflective layer, a hollow fibre filler and a waterproof woven PVC outer, the result of which is a material that is both tough and lightweight with excellent thermal control properties.The system comes with 4 thermal bottles which should be pre conditioned before use as follows:
2 x StrurdeeSeal?2 Bottles (Black Cap) - Pre condition at 5?C for a minimum of 48 Hours prior to assembly
2 x StrurdeeSeal?1 Bottles (White Cap) - Precondition at -20°C for a minimum of 48 Hours prior to assembly
Any clinical samples should be preconditioned at 5?C for 8 hours prior to assembly
The -20°C Bottles should be placed directly against the lid and the bottom of the carrier and the 5°C should be placed against the -20°C bottle in the lid and at the bottom of the carrier.
