Warranties

Almost every product sold by FPD Group Ltd includes a manufacture warranty and as a bonafide UK registered company we of course abide by standard English fair trading laws.  To check the warranty period, refer to our  single product webpage as this usually shows the length of warranty on offer. If it not shown please ask our advisors for more details.    

As an example: Medical refrigeration units warranties supplied by FPD vary between one and five years, some include extra annual testing services that will over a products lifecylce save your company yearly payments to external providers. Ultimately selecting an item with a good extended warranty makes good business sense and provides assurrance.   

Importantly please read the care and usage guidelines as soon as your item arrives and don't forget to register the products warranty ASAP.
